i Train Gym \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\r\n

Payments<\/h2>\r\n
    \r\n
  • All payments must be made in full<\/strong> unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\r\n
  • Total amount for any package must be paid before your first training session.<\/li>\r\n
  • Accepted payment methods: cash<\/strong> and credit card<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
    \r\n

    Membership & Fees<\/h2>\r\n
      \r\n
    • Membership and PT sessions are non-refundable<\/strong> and cannot be canceled.<\/li>\r\n
    • Membership freezing incurs a charge of AED 50 per month<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
    • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
    • I Train Gym Premium reserves the right to modify fees at any time.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Policies and Rules<\/h2>\r\n
        \r\n
      • All sessions must be completed before the contract expiration date.<\/li>\r\n
      • Trainer substitutions may occur if the scheduled trainer is unavailable.<\/li>\r\n
      • 24-hour cancellation<\/strong> is required; late cancellations will be charged.<\/li>\r\n
      • Fees paid for training sessions are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
      • Remaining sessions cannot be transferred to membership dues.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        Waiver of Liability<\/h2>\r\n

        Exercise, even when supervised, involves potential risks. Clients accept these risks voluntarily and understand that injuries may occur during physical activity.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        Health & Medical Acknowledgment<\/h2>\r\n

        Clients confirm they are in good health and free of any conditions that may prevent safe participation. i Train Gym does not provide medical advice and recommends a physician\u2019s consultation prior to training.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        \r\n

        Limited Use Policy<\/h2>\r\n

        If a known condition limits your ability to participate, you agree to restrict usage accordingly. Full payment is still required as if full services are used.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        \r\n

        Renewal Agreement<\/h2>\r\n

        By renewing membership, the client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of all agreement provisions.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        Assumption of Risk<\/h2>\r\n

        \r\n Clients acknowledge the risk involved in flexibility, strength, and cardio training. By participating, clients agree to:\r\n <\/p>\r\n

        • Defend<\/strong> i Train Gym for Ladies LLC against claims of injury or damage.<\/li>\r\n

          Welcome to I Train Gym. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
